Jaime Tomillo is a lawyer and part of the Legal Advice Department at H&A ABOGADOS, where he specializes in Industrial Property advice while actively collaborating on matters of unfair competition, customs law, and anti-piracy.

He started his international career in the field of marketing and international trade in China. This experience led him to join several leading IP firms in Spain to develop the Chinese market, which he combined with his Law studies at the Carlos III University of Madrid.
After graduating, the mix of his experience in intellectual property and his legal education led Jaime to join H&A.
In parallel, Jaime carries out international business development functions, with a focus on China, tapping into his trajectory in said market.
He also has participated as a speaker in the Master’s Degree in Biotechnology at the UAM.
