Jose María holds two degrees, one in Law and one in Business Administration and Management from Rey Juan Carlos University in 2016. In that same year, José María earned a Master’s for Admission to the Bar from the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF) in order to receive his license to practice law.
He complemented this training with the Master’s Degree (LL.M) in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Higher Institute for Law and Economics (ISDE), Introductory course on US Law given at the International Legal Studies Institute, expert course in civil and commercial mediation given by the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF) and the Course on North American Rights and Mediation given at the University of Colombia.
started his professional career in the Digital Strategy Department of the Spanish Postal Service (Correos), participating in the launch of a number of digital technological projects, including the development of “Smart City” and several website-apps. He even led some of those projects.
He joined the International Trademark Department of H&A in June 2017, and from there he was promoted to the European Union Trademark Department. José María later joined the Litigation Department, where he manages national and international litigations before European Institutions.
