Álvaro Piacente holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He began practicing as a litigation lawyer in 2016, after completing the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
In 2020, he specialized by completing the Master’s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies at ISDE, and subsequently joined the legal department team at H&A.
Currently, in addition to providing legal advice to both domestic and international clients, he leads litigation proceedings related to patents, trademarks, designs, and unfair competition, and manages procedures before national and international intellectual property offices. He also advises on contractual matters, including licensing agreements, technology transfers, coexistence agreements, NDAs, and more.
