Biography
Lucía Martín-Sanz offers complete advisory services relating to industrial and intellectual property, data protection, infringements on social media, in e-commerce and distribution networks.
She is also dedicated to managing trademarks, including their defense, and providing advisory services in strategies and negotiations both in commercial matters and in proceedings between parties before the different national offices.
Lucía graduated with a degree in law from the University of Valencia as a member of the High-performing Students’ Group (ARA) with teaching in English.
She then studied a Master’s Degree for Admission to the Bar at the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF) and a Mater’s in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations at ISDE. During that time, she had the opportunity to attend a US Law and Mediation Course given by the University of Columbia in New York City.
Lucía Martín-Sanz joined H&A in 2017, and since then she has provided advisory services for and defended trademarks in the Digital Law framework.
