BIOGRAPHY

Biography

Joaquín started his professional career in 2015, becoming part of the Litigation Department of an important commercial company, where he had his first contact with the world of Civil and Administrative Law.

Later, after having completed his degree in law and while he was studying the Master’s Degree for Admission to the Bar, Joaquín worked in one of the most important prosecutor law firms in Spain, where he had the opportunity to handle all types of proceedings, drafting and submitting legal briefs and claims in diverse areas.

In 2018, Joaquín became part of the H&A team, joining the Litigation Department, and he initially focused on the Digital Law and Technological Innovation Department.

Since then, he has continued to specialise in those areas which he defends, attending a number of courses and congresses in that regard.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Autonomous University of Madrid (2012 – 2016).
  • Master’s Degree for Admission to the Bar, Rey Juan Carlos I University of Madrid (2017 – 2019).

  • Legal advisory services and management of the grant of marketing authorisations for multinational companies for the marketing of mass consumption products.
  • Advisory services, defense and mediation for the domain name recovery (UDRP) for a leading company in the footwear sector.
