css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1602450043155{padding-right: 25px !important;padding-left: 31px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"title-h4\">Biography<\/div>\n<p>Joaqu\u00edn started his professional career in 2015, becoming part of the Litigation Department of an important commercial company, where he had his first contact with the world of Civil and Administrative Law.<\/p>\n<p>Later, after having completed his degree in law and while he was studying the Master\u2019s Degree for Admission to the Bar, Joaqu\u00edn worked in one of the most important prosecutor law firms in Spain, where he had the opportunity to handle all types of proceedings, drafting and submitting legal briefs and claims in diverse areas.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, Joaqu\u00edn became part of the H&amp;A team, joining the Litigation Department, and he initially focused on the Digital Law and Technological Innovation Department.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, he has continued to specialise in those areas which he defends, attending a number of courses and congresses in that regard.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;
