In this first phase, she specialised in advisory services for large national clients.<\/p>\n<p>In 2010, she had the opportunity to join the growing Digital Law and Technological Innovation Department of H&amp;A, and she thus started her career at the firm, focusing on issues such as data protection, domain name disputes and the LSSI.<\/p>\n<p>Taking advantage of her training and the opportunities the firm gave her, Marta would soon begin to study and manage issues that are our expertise, such as customs issues, criminal proceedings relating to counterfeits, advisory services in relation to contracts, preparation of reports, civil lawsuits for infringement and invalidation in relation to industrial and intellectual property or unfair competition.<\/p>\n<p>In the year 2019, Marta became the head of the Litigation Department, incorporating other functions such as managing the secretariats of the council of companies in the group or compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Marta also actively participates in congresses and presentations, and has been the speaker at internal chats and in other forums, such as APD and the Sport Business Congress.
